Pedro Lerner has been leading the Grupo UNACEM since 2020. He has more than 20 years of experience in executive leadership positions and extensive experience in the construction materials and energy sectors. Throughout his career, he has combined strategic vision and leadership to drive sustainable business growth, as well as value creation, economic development, and business ethics in all the activities he is involved in. For 14 years, he served as general manager of CELEPSA. He also held key positions such as chairman of the Board of Directors of Perú Sostenible (formerly Perú 2021) and member of the Board of Directors of the National Society of Mining, Petroleum and Energy (SNMPE), among other organizations.
