Passionate geologist with 20 years of professional experience, all of them within the mining sector. Started as mining geologist and subsequently made rapid ascent career on exploration. In parallel to the work, I concluded master’s and PhD degrees with several papers on sulfide nickel deposits published. Joined RTX in 2020 as Principal Geoscientist II, and since 2021 stepped to the role of Exploration Manager for Peru. I´ve been mainly exposed to sulfide nickel, sedimentary-hosted zinc, orogenic gold, porphyry-related CRDs & skarns, and VMS deposit types. During my 4 years’ experience as exploration manager at RTX, I could demonstrate capacity to lead respectful, efficient, and collaborative teams.
