Alfonso Bustamante

Executive Director and founding partner of CFI Holdings, a private holding company with interests in agribusiness, energy generation, data centers land development. In financial services he is partner and Chairman at Consejeros y Corredores de Seguros, a Peruvian insurance broker. In the food industry sector, Mr. Bustamante is founding Chairman of Cerro Prieto Group, an integrated producer, packer, exporter and distributor of fresh produce. In the energy sector, he is founding partner and Chairman of Huaura Power Group and Colca solar, leading hydroelectric and solar projects north of Lima. He is an active business leader serving as Member of the Board of Directors of Comex Perú and Confiep. Vice president of the Peruvian chapter of the Chilean Peruvian Business Council and Member of the APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC). Former Chariman of the Pacific Alliance Business Council and the APEC CEO Summit 2016. He served as President of Confiep (2023-2025). Winner of the 2021 LEC Business Leader of Change Award. Mr. Bustamante holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Boston University’s School of Management.
