He is the Ford Foundation Professor of International Political Economy at Harvard&#8217;s John F. Kennedy School of Government. In addition, he was previously the Albert O. Hirschman Professor in the School of Social Sciences at the Institute for Advanced Study at Princeton during the period from 2013 to 2015. Currently, Professor Rodrik is the president-elect of the International Economic Association.<br \/>\nAs part of his linguistic career, his most recent book is &#8221; Straight Talk on Trade: Ideas for a Sane World Economy&#8221; (2017) where he revisits the relationship between 3 concepts: hyperglobalization, democracy and national sovereignty.<br \/>\nThe Symposium provides an opportunity to learn more about Dani Rodrik&#8217;s perspective on international economics, economic development and political economy.<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t miss this incredible thinker who will be part of one of the most important events on the mining sector in Peru.
