She highlighted the enthusiastic reception of the \u201cWomen for Sustainable Mining\u201d scholarship, awarded to 20 Peruvian women, which will provide them with the opportunity to enhance their skills in sustainability, innovation, and leadership within the mining sector.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u201cOur commitment to Peru is to support the next generation of women leaders in mining and to demonstrate that inclusion strengthens the sector.
