She studied law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru. She began her professional carrier working at Perupetro, the public company in Peru in charge of the negotiation and administration of the hydrocarbons exploration and exploitation contracts. She continued her carrier at the private sector in the Muniz Law Firm. She participated in the development of Camisea field, including the exploitation, transport and distribution phase of the referred project. She also participated in drafting the regulations of the Peruvian Organic Hydrocarbon Law, for covering the new regulations related to the development of the gas industry in Peru. With more of 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, she joined PERU LNG to handle the legal matters related to the natural gas export project. In 2017, after more than 10 years as Legal Manager at PERU LNG, she was promoted to the position of General Manager of PERU LNG. Actually she has an active role as President of the Hydrocarbon Sector in the National Society of Mining, Petroleum, and Energy (SNMPE). On January 2024, she was promoted to Country Manager of Hunt Oil Company in Peru.
