Corporate Legal and Institutional Relations Manager, Nexa Resources Peru
She serves as the Corporate Legal and Institutional Relations Manager at Nexa Resources Peru. Within the industry, she has served as Chair of the Mining Committee of the National Society of Mining, Petroleum, and Energy, as well as Chair of its Legal Committee; she is currently a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee. Additionally, she is the Director of the Sociedad de Comercio Exterior del Peru – ComexPeru (Peru’s Foreign Trade Association) and a member of its Executive Committee. She has served as Chair of the Board of Directors of Activos Mineros, has been an alternate member of the Mining Council of the Ministry of Energy and Mines, legal advisor to ProInversion, and a professor of Administrative Law at Universidad de Lima. She holds a PhD in Law from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, a Diploma in Strategic Business Management from Universidad del Pacifico, and a diploma from the Management Program for Lawyers at the Yale School of Management. She is a law graduate of Universidad de Lima.
