Miguel Uccelli
CEO Citibank Peru and Regional Head for Peru, Chile and Ecuador
With over 25 years of distinguished experience in the financial sector, Miguel Uccelli joined Citi Peru in September 2022 as general manager, with the mission of developing and executing financial plans to strengthen Citi’s presence and profitability in the country. In November 2023, he was also appointed head of operations for Peru, Chile, and Ecuador, where he continues to drive compliance with the company’s highest standards of quality, sustainability, and ethics. Prior to Citi, Miguel held local and international roles as CEO, Country Head, and Board Member within the financial industry, including investment banking, consumer banking, asset management, and private banking. He is a graduate of the Universidad del Pacífico and holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is currently a member of The Wharton School’s Latin American Executive Board and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Universidad del Pacífico. He has been a member of Perú Sostenible, IPAE, Confiep, and Asbanc.
