Mechanical and Electrical Engineer with a Master’s degree in Public Utility Regulation and 40 years of experience in the Peruvian electricity sector. He has held senior management positions in distribution, transmission, and generation companies. Since 2008, he has served as the President of the Board of COES (the Committee for the Economic Operation of the National Interconnected System).
