Luis Felipe Castellanos

Luis Felipe Castellanos is the CEO of Intercorp Financial Services, a holding company that includes Interbank, Interseguro, Intéligo, and Izipay. He joined the Intercorp Group in 2006 as General Manager of Interfondos. From 2011 to 2024, he served as General Manager of Interbank, where he also held the positions of Executive Vice President of Retail Banking and Manager of the Mortgage and Real Estate Business. Previously, he was a director in the Investment Banking Division of Salomon Smith Barney / Citigroup Global Markets in New York and head of the Treasury Department at Minera Yanacocha S.A. in Lima. He graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad del Pacífico and holds a Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
