Thibaut Larrat is a partner at McKinsey & Company, in Toronto office. He is a leader of the People and Organization Performance practice in North America, and serves metals, mining, energy and construction clients on strategy, transformation and human capital topics. Prior to McKinsey, Thibaut spent 9 years in the consumer good industry where he held position in Strategy and Sales. His last position was General Manager for Belgium and Luxemburg with full P&L responsibility. Thibaut holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Arts & Métiers Paris Tech and a Master’s Degree in Business Management from HEC Paris.
