Rosa María Flores Araoz

Rosa Maria Flores-Araoz Cedron serves as CEO of Kallpa Generacion S.A. She has over 25 years of experience in the electricity sector, leading regulatory and commercial teams in different companies. For the past 16 years, Rosa María has led Kallpa Generacion S.A., serving as CEO since 2015. Rosa Maria has played a key role in emblematic projects such as Cerro del Aguila, Hydroelectric Power Plant, the Kallpa and Flores Combined Cycles and The Sunny Solar Power Plant. She holds a master’s degree in applied economics with a specialization in Business Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Lima. She currently serves as Director of some of the most important business associations in the country, including the National Society of Mining, Petroleum and Energy (SNMPE), The American Chamber of Commerce of Peru (AMCHAM), the Association for the Promotion of National Infrastructure (AFIN), and the National Confederation of Private Entrepreneurial Institutions (CONFIEP). She is also member of Advisory Committee of the University of Lima and Director of Entrepreneurs for Education.
