Víctor Gobitz
President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Quilla Resources Inc.
He is currently President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Quilla Resources Inc. and previously served as CEO of Compañía Minera Antamina, Compañia de Minas Buenaventura and Compañia Minera Milpo (currently Nexa Resources Peru). Throughout his professional career he has also held management positions in: Rio Alto Mining, Volcan Compañia Minera and Minera Aurífera Retamas. He chaired the Peruvian National Society of Mining, Petroleum and Energy (SNMPE) for the period February 2023 – February 2025, also chaired the Institute of Mining Engineers of Peru (IIMP) in the periods 2016-2018 and 2020-2022. He graduated as mining engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) and holds an MBA from the ESAN School of Business Administration and has also completed specialization studies at the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania and the Kellogg School of Management.
