Attorney graduated from Universidad Católica de Santa María - Arequipa, she specializes in Mining, Environmental, and Corporate Law, as well as project financing and permits. She is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Universidad de Piura. She has worked at Sociedad Minera Cerro Verde S.A.A. since 1997. In April 2012, she was appointed Vice President of Corporate Affairs and is currently responsible for the areas of Legal Affairs, Government Relations, Public and Community Relations, Social Planning, Sustainability, and Energy. Also, she currently serves as a Director of Asociación Cerro Verde. In the institutional field, she served as Secretary of the Board of the National Society of Mining, Petroleum, and Energy; Chair of the Board of Directors of Sociedad de Comercio Exterior del Perú - COMEXPERÚ (2022–2024), and Director of the Peruvian Institute of Mining Engineers (IIMP) for two terms. She is a member of the APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC), which she chaired during 2024. She is a Member of the Board of Directors at the Perú Sostenible Association, Director of AMCHAM, and Co-Chair of the APEC 2025 Advisory Council.
