Walter Sciutto

Electrical Engineer from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional de Argentina, he is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Universidad de Piura. He holds studies in economic evaluation of investment projects and completed a special program in Management and Leadership at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in Chile. Since September 1, 2024, he has served as General Manager of Pluz Energía Perú. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Association of Latin American Electricity Distributors (ADELAT) and, since January 29, 2025, he has served as Chair of the Electricity Industry Committee and Vice President of the National Society of Mining, Petroleum, and Energy (SNMPE). With over 30 years of professional experience in the energy sector across Peru, Colombia, Brazil, and Argentina, his most recent role was Country Manager for Grupo Energía Bogotá in Peru, where he served as General Manager of Electro Dunas and Contugas, Director of ISA-REP, and Alternate Director and member of the Audit and Risk Committee for Cálidda.
